We have a third party in our relationship now that I don't believe we really admitted or acknowledged until we were too exhausted to include it. SCHOOL. We both always knew that school would bring us together as much as it kept us apart. We can be honest and say that we did not know the power it had to tear us down as individuals physically and mentally. Though our outer cores were weakened, I am so happy that it has not affected our hearts. Because without your loving heart...I think mine would fail from exhaustion.
I want you to know how incredibly thankful I am for you and how wonderful you are. I will try harder to remember to tell you everyday because you deserve only the BEST support system & I want to be that for you. You have no idea how much your love sustains my sanity. You, my dear....no matter how grouchy or unaffectionate I may be, you have never given up on me. That, right there...is the best attribute I could ever have in a significant other and best friend.
Brownie pants, we both have our zombie days where we want nothing but quiet and sleep, but the lovely thing about that is....we still share the same desires and goals. Because of that, I feel that we can overcome and succeed at anything! I love that even when life is moving around us so fast, we can still simply pause it all and take time out for us while sticking to our plans of becoming better individuals. (Even if that includes a few episodes of Wipeout or Pawn Stars)
