Woo hoo!
It's a fresh, brand new, and exciting New Year! Granted that 2011 was an extremely tough year for me, I still appreciate every experience, memory, and joy that I had. No regrets, as it should be. This new year, I am looking forward to being a full time student and keeping my full time job. I know so many people that can do this and I hope I can too! Cross your fingers for me will you, please?
I was planning on doing a recap post of this year, but I figured if you really wanted to know, I have an archive conveniently available to the bottom right of this screen. I just felt like if I didn't have it ready, no need to scramble a sloppy post together.
Moving on, what did you guys do for your NYE celebration?
It's quite obvious what we did, resulting from these pictures.
We took these before heading out to pretty much a massive house party. Don't judge the background please...haha. It was a first attempt and definitely not going to be the last! I will have to say, this was the best NYE celebration I've had in a few years. I'm sure this is mostly because I was around people that I loved and cared about(queue the 'awwwwwes'.....). We all laughed, danced, cried(for just a few seconds though!), danced some more, laughed even more than that, and then all KO'd into our own beds by maybe 4AM. Phew!
Anyway, with only 4 hours of sleep because I couldn't sleep past 8(stupid new early schedule...) I am posting this, needing to get off here so I can go eat Pho with my some of the people appearing in the photo above, and probably going to be late. So, without further ado......I am wishing each and every single one of you a beautiful brand New Year! Many virtual hugs and high fives.
Love,
Michele
