Date Night: Macaroni Grill

Stories at my fingertips Date Night: Macaroni Grill
Last night, Z asked me out on a date. I smiled, got dressed after work and he picked me up. At first we were going to Chuy's, a Mexican restaurant, then spontaneously changed our minds and went for Italian instead.

I wore a vintage dress that I thrifted for my Yoko Ono costume last Halloween with the super comfortable Target wedges that I snagged in New Jersey.

It was super dim in the restaurant, which is very nice for a snuggly and romantic date night. Not so great for pictures, but oh well. Above, our olive oil had a heart in it so I had to take a picture. Promise we didn't do it!

I had the Pasta Milano. Bad girl....but soooo freaken good. I can't say no to sun dried tomatoes and garlic cream sauce!

Z had the lobster stuffed pasta. Divine goodness.

Yes, we also had our own desserts because we're fatties and love our sweets. Z had the New York Cheesecake.

I had the super creamy and airy Tiramisu.

Honestly, we didn't have a special occasion going on or anything. Our monthaversary is actually in six days! I wonder if we're going to deem this date night as that celebratory date. Ha. Overall, the weather was perfect, the company was even better, the food was delicious, and we left with food babies with smiles on our faces.

Cheers to random date nights!
