You know what I wish sometimes? I wish I was able to pull off funky and eccentric fashion like some people. I was perusing on bloglovin and of course The Blonde Salad and her best friend, The Fashion Fruit, both have amazing pictures of themselves drenched in fashion. Maybe one day I'll be bold enough to wear an outfit out that's not within my norm bubble, but for now...I'll just enjoy living vicariously through them. Especially because I'm not 6ft, blonde, and Italian.

Anyway, these pictures are obviously from their popular blogs and are not mine. I take no ownership or credibility for these photos. Just wanted to make that completely clear. I chose these two outfits specifically because I have always been a fan of bling or shiny. Haha. I'll explain more below.

I love this dress on Chiara. It's sleek due to the neutral palette, but still daring because of the length of the dress and sheer sleeves. I love jewels...oh goodness, my favorite. I would hate to be the person who has to clean this dress. Love the minor and major details of the embellishment on her sleeve. It's seriously saying to me, "Pow! Look at me...I'm a simple girl, but I love to catch your eye."

I have never been a big fan of leggings because I'm not yet comfortable with my thunder thighs yet, but I just adore the embellished leggings on Veronica. She obviously can pull this look off, especially with an all black ensemble, then BAM...the "I'm a rockstar" leggings. If I were ever bold enough to wear this, I'd definitely wear it for an event or party. I wonder for those that are fashion daredevils...is this a possible DIY kind of thing?

So, now that I have had my fashion spill...would any of you be brave enough to pull of either of these looks?

Onto other things, sweet cupcake and I have two birthdays to celebrate today. One in Gadsden for his mom's best friend, then we'll be headed to California Pizza Kitchen(YUM!) for miss PHANtastic's birthday bash. I believe we'll be going to the bowling alley too!
