More pictures of my visit to South Carolina. This is mostly of the food we were preparing for my Uncle's party. Looking over these pictures make me miss SC even more. Anyway...enjoy!
My cousin Kelly, myself, and Aunt Amyjon.
Lots and lots of lemon grass and scallions. Yummmmm.
Sorry for my awkwardness in this picture that Taz snapped of me.
 Lemongrass!
 Our cousin Alex and Taz.
Alex and I cracking up. Haha.
 Meat on sticks! Yum!
One of my Aunts, being the chef that she is.
 Peanuts, anyone?
My cousin and his wife. Don't you love her cupcake apron! :)
Alex's wife, Ying, and my other cousin Yang.
Fresh and crisp greens for the salad!
Now, this may not look so appetizing, but TRUST ME...it is the bomb diggity!

The Girlie Blog That would be so awesome! I would love to invite you to our next gathering! Haha. :)

Calia Yang I agree! We made cow stew, laab(I think that's how you spell it?), the meat sticks, eggrolls - I think, and other stuff. I can't recall every single thing..but I just remember being stuffed! :)
