HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!
So, the wonderful Sam over at Simply Sam has kindly selected me to be in an 8 questionnaire tag. Here is the cool thing about this though! The next 8 people that I tag will be asked with my own set of questions! This means that every single person has the chance to ask something different! Woo hoo for keeping it interesting! Now, let me get to answering! :)

[1] What is your favorite thing about fall?

Honestly...my favorite thing about fall is the weather. I have horrible allergies and am very prone to sniffles, so Spring and Winter are not very much my favorite. Summer...mmmm, it gets too hot for me and I'm a hot natured type of girl, so I would rather be cold than hot any day. Fall is also extremely beautiful. I love it because the change of colors happens before your eyes. I know Spring is colorful too, but the changing of leaves doesn't give me itchy eyes and the sniffles. Haha. Fall is the bomb diggity, that's that.

[2] What was the last movie you saw in theaters? Did you like it?

Haha! I just wrote a post about the last movie I saw! I watched The Karate Kid with Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan. I liked it, but I wouldn't put it on my top list or anything. It definitely triggered some laughs and gasping moments, but nothing that would make me want to go out and buy a copy. It was a good "something to pass the moment" movie. Very cute.

[3] Do you have any interesting family history? What is it? (distant relative of someone famous, a cute story about your grandparents, family heritage, etc)

Oh definitely! I'm scared that I might go overboard with this, but here goes. First off, I am Hmong. If you have no idea what the heck that is, click here to learn more. Moving on....my family has only been in the United States for a little over 30+ years. Why did my family choose America? Well, they didn't have a choice due to the ripple effect of the Vietnam War. As simple and short as I can explain this, the Vietnam War occured and the US asked my people for help/assistance. When the US left the war, my people were promised passage for helping the US...so here we are. If you would like to know more about this, please look up Secret War...or of course click on the link/word. My family history is nothing short of a better beginning, but it was extremely life changing. Basically, if it weren't for a war...I wouldn't be here in America. It's probably just like how any war would/could effect anyone else. Oh...also, if you have also seen Gran Torino with Clint Eastwood, the lovely Asians in that movie are Hmong too. Interesting enough I hope! Haha.

[4] If you were to write an autobiography, what would you title it?

Well, the smartest and most logical move is to title it as my name, but as of right now in my life since I'm not famous or more special than the next person...I would probably go with, "I am me." Something simple, yet bold enough to draw the readers attention to want to find out, who is "me"? I don't know...maybe I'm thinking too much in my marketing shoes, but I would want/hope someone to read it. I'm not going to lie about that. Haha.

[5] What are you doing for Halloween this year and if you're dressing up, what are you going to dress up as?

I'm probably not going to do anything for Halloween, just like I did nothing last year. If I were in SC, I would be taking my little sisters trick or treating, but since I'm not...I'll probably just have a regular night unless I'm at a get together. As for dressing up, my sweet cupcake and I have been debating on who 'we' should be together. So far the two that I really like are Maury Povich and Connie Chung or The Zac Brown Band...since sweet cupcake's real name is "Zac Brown". Oops...maybe I shouldn't have revealed that. Oh well! He was going to dress up like the lead singer and I was going to wear a shirt that said, "The Band". Haha. If you're reading this and like one over the other, let me know! I'm stuck on this one! :)

[6] Who is your role model?

You know, I really had to think hard about this one. Most people will jump up and down and automatically yell out that it's their parents or someone famous, but really I don't have "a" role model. I find great qualities and lessons in every single person that I meet. I don't know if this makes any sense, but I find that LIFE is my role model. I love life and it teaches me something new everyday. I want to exercise life by living through it and making it worthy/proud/admirable. I hope this makes sense because it makes complete sense to me. :)

[7] What is one of your happiest memories?

Ok, this is going to sound completely silly...but one of my happiest memories was when I made the cheerleading squad for the first time in 8th grade. The reason why is basically because, I beat the odds. I was not thin, popular, rich, or had any experience. All I had was my motivation and drive. I just did it because I wanted to. Secretly, I also wanted to prove to others that you don't have to fit into a mold to accomplish something. When I proved this mostly to myself, seriously....it was definitely one of the happiest memories I have ever had.

[8] Describe yourself using the letters of your name! (ex. S-silly A-artistic M-music lover)

M- mediator
I- inspiration junkie
C- caring
H- helpful
E- exceptional listener
L- loves to love
E- english lover

You guys might not believe me, but the hardest question was the last one! Haha. Ok! Now...on to my chosen 8!

Even if you have not been tagged, please join on in! Here are my eight questions for you!

[1] Out of all of your senses(hear, see, smell, touch, and taste) which one is your favorite and why?
[2] If you had to choose one family member to be your lifeline on "Who wants to be a millionaire?"...who would you choose and why?
[3] When did you first start wearing makeup and how was your first experience?
[4] Would you rather go bungee jumping or sky diving?
[5] What is one item on your bucket list?
[6] Who is that one person that you can go talk to about anything?
[7] If you could be one famous celebrity for a day, who would it be?
[8] Why do you blog?

Have fun with it!

I love your answers, especially the one about your family history! That is one of my favorite things to learn about people :)

I am in love with The Zac Brown Band Halloween idea.. that is genius! I love it.

Oh, and one of my happiest memories was making the cheerleading squad 8th grade too! In 8th grade was when we could try out for the freshmen squad once we went to high school and there were two middle schools that went to the one high school. Is that confusing? Basically, north middle and south middle merged to make west high. Anyway, out of my school (north middle) only 3 of us made the cheerleading squad and I was one of them! I was ecstatic. Sorry for writing a novel in your comments.. haha.

Have a great weekend!!

loved your family history :)
more people need to know their family's stories!
(sometimes i feel like im crazy for knowing so much about my history when others don't) but when family immigrates to this country it's so important to keep our cultures alive!
my grandfather immigrated to this country about 60 years ago from Japan, and he recently passed away. I hope to pass down his story to my children :)

and your happy memory is not silly! :)
